Our bid management process involves taking on the responsibility for delivering a project or bid on behalf of a client. We quickly assess the client resources available and construct a team from internal and/or external company resources.

Our experienced bid manager assumes full control of the process required to deliver a relevant, timely and competitive outcome.

Any shortfalls in experience, ability and staff availability will be assessed and resources made available to adequately fulfil the requirements of such an assignment.

We specialise in the creation of, or response to Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Tenders (RFT) and Requests for Information (RFI) developed from existing client collateral and our background in marketing, communication and business development skills.

Business Development

We specialise in conducting enterprise reviews to report on the 'health & welfare' of a business. This kind of assessment and reporting can lead to the development of bespoke business, financial and strategic plans forming the basis for improved operational control and business development.

Many businesses are allowed to grow 'organically' with principals engaged heavily in day-to-day activities without allowing enough time to work on their business goals and its future development.

We also assist in mergers, acquisitions, divestment and venture capital planning. Bespoke Recruitment

So often these days the cost of recruiting becomes unattractive, time consuming and expensive with too much time spent on negotiating terms with a recruitment consultant, advertising, screening and supposed reference checking.

Our service revolves around hourly billing with an agreed overall cap on expense. With the help of the client we identify and target agreed prospective candidates to focus our efforts only on suitable and interested parties.

This process is followed up by discrete and comprehensive reference checking to ensure the best possible result for our clients.

Our costs are often less than half those of conventional recruitment agencies and our results impressive and lasting.

Executive Mentoring

Our executive mentoring service is tailored to the specific needs of principals and their senior management teams.

We can be assigned as confidant to the executive officer or as a sounding board for a group of senior managers. Our advice and input is based on years of business ownership and government experience to assist the executive in their decision-making.

We can also play a role in a client's leadership team or assume a non-executive role on the board if required, subject to non-competing assignments.
